Salesforce QA Engineer

Our client, a leading financial services institution headquartered in Spain, is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join their dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms and testing automation frameworks. Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices across all Salesforce releases and deployments.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom components.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international team.
