Senior Sales Executive BFS - Global IT Services Leader

Glocomms is supporting a global IT services leader in their search for an Engagement Manager to oversee key banking and financial services accounts in Denmark. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in client-facing leadership and digital transformation.

This person will support the industry business unit by conducting competitor research, facilitating client introductions, gathering market insights, creating organizational maps for key accounts, and assisting the client services manager during contract discussions. They will help identify the right stakeholders within client organizations and relay any delivery-related concerns to the vertical's client services lead. The goal is to expand the unit's presence, leverage internal experience to differentiate from competitors, highlight the company's value to clients, grow strategic accounts, and reduce potential revenue loss - all while operating within established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic banking and financial services accounts in Denmark.
  • Drive account growth through consultative engagement and delivery excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation programs.
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and support proposal development.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 8+ years in IT services or consulting, with BFS experience.
  • Strong understanding of Nordic financial services landscape.
  • Proven success managing large accounts and complex programs.
  • Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.
