Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Systems
We are currently partnering with a growing IT organization based out of south central Texas to find a technical leader that can oversee enterprise business systems. This role involves managing a team, aligning technology with business strategy, and ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of core platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for enterprise applications, data systems, and system integrations.
- Align technology initiatives with business goals across departments such as finance, operations, and HR.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise platforms, including upgrades, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Manage integrations between core systems and other business tools.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to maintain system integrity and manage licensing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 8 or more years of experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex IT projects.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation across multiple operating systems.
- Experience with business intelligence, reporting tools, and data integration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
