Ihre Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Wartung der Hard- und Software-Infrastruktur am Standort Ellzee
- Administration und Überwachung der Netzwerkumgebung (LAN/WAN, Router, Switches)
- Installation, Konfiguration und Störungsbehebung von Servern im Windows-Umfeld
- Monitoring der Systemlandschaft mittels Management-Tools sowie Durchführung präventiver Maßnahmen (z. B. Backup, Recovery, Lastverteilung)
- Betreuung von Endgeräten (PCs, Notebooks, mobile Geräte): Einrichtung, Softwareverteilung, Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Pflege und Aktualisierung des IT-Inventars inkl. Netzwerkadressverwaltung
- Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Smartphones (iOS/Android) für E-Mail- und Kalenderfunktionen
- Anwenderbetreuung vor Ort sowie Einrichtung und Pflege von Benutzerberechtigungen
- Koordination und Umsetzung lokaler IT-Projekte
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien (LAN/WAN, Router, Switches)
- Erfahrung mit Windows-Servern, Kenntnisse in Linux von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere PowerPoint
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
