Your Role
Reporting directly to the VP EMEA, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across Central Europe, with a primary emphasis on the DACH insurance market.
You will engage with multiple insurance business units-including Fraud, Underwriting, Claims, and Recovery-while collaborating closely with internal teams such as Pre‑Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Delivery.
This position is ideal for a seasoned enterprise software sales professional who thrives on ownership, accountability, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed revenue targets across Central Europe (DACH focus).
- Lead the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to forecasting and contract negotiation.
- Deliver predictable, measurable results aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure exceptional customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Drive demand‑generation initiatives directly and in collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and Partner teams.
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and value realization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C‑level executives across both customer organizations and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in quota‑carrying enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of the insurance sector within the DACH region.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, deal strategy, and complex sales execution.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate challenges and adapt accordingly.
- Results‑driven mindset with a commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
- Curious, growth‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve goals.
- Native‑level fluency in German; professional proficiency in English.
