ServiceNow Developer (m/w/d) - ITSM/ITOM/CSM
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du konzipierst und implementierst intelligente ServiceNow-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf ITSM, CSM und ITOM/Discovery (CMDB/CSDM).
- Du entwickelst neue Module und Funktionen und bringst eigene Ideen für Workflow-Automatisierungen und REST-Integrationen (Inbound/Outbound) ein.
- Gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern, Architekt:innen und Entwickler:innen analysierst Du bestehende Prozesse und erarbeitest passgenaue, nutzerorientierte Konzepte.
- Du begleitest den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess End-to-End - von der Feature-Entwicklung über Testing und Rollout bis hin zur Dokumentation und Wissensweitergabe.
- Du stellst eine nachhaltige und effiziente Systemarchitektur sicher und orientierst Dich dabei an aktuellen Best Practices und Standards.
Das bringst Du mit
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der ServiceNow-Entwicklung
- Kenntnisse in ITSM-, ITOM- und CSM-Prozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit JavaScript, HTML, CSS und REST/JSON
- ITIL-Know-how und Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Nice-to-have
- Zertifizierungen wie CSA, CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM/Discovery, AppEngine, Flow Designer
- Erfahrung mit Workflow-Automatisierung und REST-Integrationen
