What We're Looking For
We are seeking senior sales leaders with deep AI understanding and extensive experience selling complex technology solutions, including cloud services and both B2B and B2C digital products. You will collaborate closely with your team and enterprise clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how the platform addresses their most critical business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, inspire, and lead a high‑performing regional sales organization; attract, mentor, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Define and execute a clear vision to exceed regional revenue targets; develop sales strategies, set quotas, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead teams through technical discovery, understanding customer business challenges and demonstrating how the platform drives value at scale.
- Cultivate strong executive relationships with strategic customers, aligning on long‑term business priorities.
- Expand market presence by identifying new segment opportunities, growing current accounts, and developing new channel and partner strategies.
- Implement consistent standards for forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution using a modern CRM.
- Create operational rhythm focused on forecast accuracy, stage validation, and healthy pipeline coverage.
- Drive AI consumption and adoption across the region, ensuring customers realize the full value of intelligent automation solutions.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading and scaling high‑performance sales teams in fast‑growth environments, with emphasis on hiring and developing talent.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and machine‑learning concepts; ability to engage deeply in technical conversations around configuration, integration, workflows, and APIs.
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets in a technically complex environment.
- Strong executive presence and experience managing senior‑level customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Consistent record of surpassing quota within high‑tech or platform‑based sales organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology or business-oriented fields.
- Experience selling SaaS or integration/platform solutions is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and German required.
