Oracle Senior Buisness Analyst
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead analyst supporting end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchasing, supplier management, invoicing, and accounts payable.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Support enterprise ERP, procurement, and financial systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners to deliver system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and recommend scalable solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
- Support system integrations, data flows, and cross-functional business processes.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices across the team.
Qualifications
- Strong experience supporting Procure-to-Pay business processes within large enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Coupa, and related ERP/procurement platforms.
- Experience designing and supporting ERP integrations, APIs, middleware solutions, and data interfaces.
- Deep understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, invoicing, accounts payable, and financial operations.
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, consolidations, or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across Finance, Procurement, and IT organizations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with enterprise procurement transformation initiatives.
- Coupa certification or equivalent procurement platform expertise.
- Experience working within global organizations and supporting cross-functional business teams.
- Familiarity with cloud ERP environments and enterprise application architecture.
