Oracle EBS- Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst
We are partnering with a large technology-driven organization seeking a Oracle EBS- Order to Cash (O2C) Analyst to support and enhance Oracle-based enterprise applications across Finance and Order-to-Cash operations. This individual will work closely with business and technical teams to improve billing, revenue, accounting, and invoicing processes while helping drive system optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and related business applications with a primary focus on Order-to-Cash operations.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable business solutions.
- Analyze and improve billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and accounting processes.
- Configure, support, and optimize workflows related to product, service, subscription, and recurring revenue models.
- Manage and support integrations between Oracle platforms and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and recommend long-term solutions.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and adoption of industry best practices.
- Leverage emerging Oracle technologies and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS in a business systems, functional analyst, or applications role.
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, revenue management, collections, and financial processes.
- Experience supporting complex revenue models, including products, services, subscriptions, or recurring revenue streams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of combined IT and Order-to-Cash experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise financial systems and business process optimization.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain required work authorizations or clearances when applicable.
