IT & Digital Systems Integration Specialist (Mandarin Proficiency Required)
Glocomms is partnering with global biotechnology company looking to expand out their technology team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Tools Deployment & Lifecycle Ownership
- Lead the full lifecycle of new internal systems and tools, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, configuration, testing, deployment, and user rollout.
- Implement platforms such as project tracking tools, internal data repositories, workflow automation systems, and reporting platforms.
- Translate business and operational needs into practical, maintainable technical solutions.
- Own change management, documentation, and user adoption for newly deployed systems.
2. Cross‑System Connectivity & Technical Design
- Design and maintain integrations between core internal systems, including client management, financial, content, and operational platforms.
- Build secure, reliable data flows using APIs, middleware, or integration tools to ensure consistency across systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors or engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize integrations.
- Monitor system performance and address data integrity or synchronization issues.
3. Business Systems Management & Operational Insights
- Manage and customize the organization's CRM to support activity tracking, pipeline visibility, and operational workflows.
- Integrate CRM data with internal reporting and analytics platforms.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data views used by leadership and operational teams.
- Support data quality initiatives, including normalization, validation, and access control.
4. Workflow Automation & Emerging Capabilities
- Identify areas where manual workflows can be improved through automation.
- Evaluate and implement tools that streamline data entry, reporting, or cross-system coordination.
- Support experimentation with advanced capabilities (e.g., rule-based automation, AI-assisted tools) where there is clear operational value.
- Assess third-party tools for technical fit, scalability, and security.
5. Access Control, Risk Management & IT Operations
- Manage user access, permissions, and identity controls across internal systems.
- Support basic security practices, including device management, vulnerability awareness, and compliance requirements as applicable.
- Provide hands-on support for system issues, hardware/software troubleshooting, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and internal training materials
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Experience working with internal business systems, enterprise tools, or digital platforms in an operational environment.
- Proven ability to lead implementations or system improvements independently.
- Experience working in environments with structured processes or compliance requirements is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and API-based data exchange.
- Experience administering CRM platforms and internal business tools.
- Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools and data modeling concepts.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based systems and enterprise security fundamentals.
- Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or AI-enabled platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Mandarin required
