Head of Content
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company at the forefront of digital identity and fraud prevention. As they continue to scale, they're hiring a Head of Content to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy. This role is pivotal in driving thought leadership, strengthening brand authority, and generating demand across multiple channels and formats.
This is a strategic yet hands-on position where you'll work closely with internal subject matter experts, executives, and cross-functional teams to produce compelling, high-impact content. You'll oversee the creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content, while leveraging AI tools and performance analytics to optimize output and engagement. You'll also manage external freelancers and vendors to scale production efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a content strategy aligned with brand, product, and growth goals
- Develop thought leadership and research-driven content that resonates with target audiences
- Launch and scale a video content program to support brand storytelling
- Manage freelance writers, editors, and content vendors
- Use SEO best practices and performance data to guide content decisions
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in B2B content marketing, journalism, or editorial leadership
- Experience in fintech, cybersecurity, or fraud prevention preferred
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and SEO skills
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and optimization
- Comfortable collaborating with executives and technical stakeholders
This is a remote role open to candidates based in the US and Canada.
