Compensation: $90K-$105K base + $90K-$125K commission + equity

A fast-growing startup is building infrastructure to help organizations adopt AI in high-trust, high-accuracy environments. The platform focuses on modernizing complex, workflow-heavy processes and enabling teams to safely deploy AI while maintaining reliability, security, and compliance.

The Role
Hiring an Account Executive to focus on net new business. This is an early sales hire working closely with leadership to help build and scale the new business motion. You'll own full-cycle sales, working consultatively with senior stakeholders and helping define how this product is sold into a traditionally conservative buyer base.

This role is not just about closing volume - it's about landing the right customers who can successfully adopt, expand, and drive long-term value.

What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Run consultative conversations with senior stakeholders (partners, firm leaders, execs)
  • Partner with SDRs on pipeline generation and qualification
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams on demos and workflow-specific use cases
  • Build business cases around efficiency, quality, and AI adoption
  • Manage proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
  • Help shape sales playbooks, messaging, and repeatable processes

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven new business closing track record
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable selling into risk-sensitive or traditional industries
  • Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • High ownership, urgency, and startup mindset
  • Able to operate in a less structured, early-stage sales environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into accounting, financial services, legal, healthcare, or other professional services
  • Background in vertical SaaS or workflow automation
  • Exposure to AI-driven or emerging technology products
  • Experience building or refining early sales processes
