They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead experimentation across product, pharmacy, and design teams. This role involves designing and running A/B tests, building frameworks for causal inference, and ensuring statistical rigor in decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with clinicians, engineers, and designers to drive evidence-based improvements in patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own design and execution of experiments (A/B tests, quasi-experiments)
- Build tools to standardize experimentation and reporting
- Provide nuanced insights beyond simple metrics
- Mentor teammates and set best practices
Ideal Background:
- 4+ years of applied experimentation experience
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Expertise in causal inference methods
- Ability to communicate complex results clearly
Compensation: $150K-$220K base salary + equity and benefits
Location: Onsite, San Francisco
