Overview
As Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products. You'll be instrumental in driving Agile adoption, ensuring teams are empowered, motivated, and aligned with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide teams in Agile/Scrum practices, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and foster team collaboration, enabling teams to deliver value efficiently.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, helping them embrace change and adopt best practices.
- Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to drive improvements and celebrate successes.
- Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
- Passion for building teams and delivering impactful technology solutions.
