Tech Lead Fullstack Development (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Technische Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung einer modernen Cloud-basierten Plattform im Automotive-Bereich
- Leitung eines kleinen Entwicklerteams und Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität, Architektur und Best Practices
- Planung und Umsetzung von komplexen Features in Angular und Node.js
- Durchführung von Architektur-Reviews und Definition technischer Standards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und Stakeholdern zur Übersetzung von Anforderungen in technische Lösungen
- Mentoring und Coaching der Entwickler im Team
- Sicherstellung von CI/CD-Prozessen und Testabdeckung
- Teilnahme an monatlichen Teammeetings im Raum Berlin sowie Förderung einer Kultur der Innovation und Zusammenarbeit
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung mit Angular, Node.js und TypeScript
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten oder Teams (Tech Lead, Lead Developer oder vergleichbare Rolle)
- Kenntnisse in Architektur-Design, Skalierbarkeit und Performance-Optimierung
- Erfahrung mit RESTful APIs, Unit- und End-to-End-Tests sowie CI/CD (z. B. GitHub Actions)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Meetings im Raum Berlin
Nice to have
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (Google Cloud, Firebase, AWS, Azure)
- Kenntnisse in Docker/Kubernetes
- Verständnis für Security-Praktiken
