Who We're Looking For
A highly capable engineer who can independently build products end‑to‑end across:
Full-Stack Engineering
- Building microservices using Node.js
- Designing scalable APIs
- Working with databases storing complex operational or financial data
AI & Machine Learning
- Building and integrating large language model-based systems in Python
- Developing agentic architectures, tool‑use pipelines, prompt engineering, and RAG systems
- Working with open‑source AI models and production-grade ML workflows
DevOps & Infrastructure
- Managing CI/CD pipelines
- Containerization and deployment using Docker
- Working with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
- Monitoring and ensuring system reliability under heavy load
Candidates should value clean architecture, maintainable code, and high engineering standards. Experience with multi‑agent systems, LangChain‑style frameworks, or shipping production AI products is highly beneficial.
