We're looking for a Platform Engineer to support and enhance the cloud infrastructure powering a growing portfolio of internal systems and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of software engineering, cloud operations, and automation, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and reliable platform capabilities.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows, streamline cloud operations, and implement best practices in automation and CI/CD. This is a hands-on role with strong ownership over core components of the cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and support Infrastructure-as-Code solutions across cloud environments
- Partner with development teams to optimize deployment and delivery workflows
- Monitor and improve the reliability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems
- Ensure platform scalability and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevSecOps
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Solid understanding of public cloud environments (AWS preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with Linux-based tooling and development workflows
- Strong grasp of version control and modern engineering practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with containers or orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of cloud security practices
- Familiarity with observability tools and monitoring solutions
- Background contributing to DevSecOps initiatives
- Exposure to large-scale cloud deployments or data/ML-oriented workflows
