We're working with a leading provider of advanced identity verification, fraud prevention, and risk intelligence solutions. They help major financial institutions, fast‑growing fintechs, and digital platforms securely verify users, reduce fraud losses, and accelerate customer onboarding.

About the Role

As a Senior Solution Consultant, Pre‑Sales, you will be a trusted technical and strategic advisor for prospective and existing customers. You'll guide some of the largest banks, fintech innovators, and digital platforms in evaluating and adopting cutting‑edge identity and fraud solutions.

This role combines technical depth, consultative selling, and solution strategy. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to ensure customers clearly understand the value of the platform and have a seamless end‑to‑end technical experience-from initial evaluation through successful deployment.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, aligning customer needs with the platform's capabilities
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution design, technical workshops, and Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) engagements in partnership with Sales and Data Science
  • Deliver engaging product demos and explain complex identity, data, and fraud concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • Work cross‑functionally to validate technical feasibility and ensure solutions meet customer goals
  • Advise customers using strong domain expertise in identity verification, fraud mitigation, compliance, or regulated industries
  • Influence product roadmap by communicating customer needs, market gaps, and emerging trends to Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to thought leadership through webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and industry events
  • Mentor junior Solution Consultants and help define scalable best practices for the team

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, professional services, or technical consulting
  • Proven success supporting enterprise SaaS sales, especially with data‑driven, analytics‑heavy, or ML‑powered products
  • Strong technical foundation: APIs, cloud platforms, relational databases, analytics tooling, and general ML/DS concepts
  • Deep domain knowledge in fraud, risk, compliance, or identity-preferably within financial services, fintech, gaming, or telecom
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value for executive, operational, and engineering stakeholders
  • Experience with fraud analytics, decisioning systems, performance tuning, threshold strategies, or similar methodologies
  • Familiarity with key regulatory frameworks such as FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, BSA, and the USA PATRIOT Act
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
