We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define and elevate the product experience for a real-time, AI-driven platform. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys owning end-to-end experiences, working closely with engineers and founders, and shaping how complex technology is translated into intuitive, high-quality user interactions.
You will play a key role in designing workflows that operate in real time, where clarity, speed, and usability are critical. This is a high-ownership role with meaningful influence on product direction, design quality, and overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product experience end to end, from early concepts and product requirements through to polished, shipped features
- Design user flows for complex, technical systems and translate them into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Partner closely with engineers and product stakeholders to define and ship product features
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and product improvements
- Identify areas of friction or inconsistency across the product and proactively drive improvements
- Build and evolve the design system to support scalability, consistency, and high-quality execution
- Maintain a high bar for craft, ensuring attention to detail across usability, interaction, and visual design
- Influence product direction through strong design thinking, clear rationale, and user-centered decision-making
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on shipped software products
- Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated product taste with strong instincts for usability, hierarchy, and visual clarity
- High attention to detail with a focus on polished, cohesive user experiences
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, or founders
- Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
- Ability to take ownership of problems end to end rather than working within a narrow scope
- Passion for building products that are both functional and delightful
