Role: Senior Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate Development with AI: Use AI-assisted tools to write, test, and debug code efficiently, focusing on Python and JavaScript for open-source application development.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Own the technical direction from design to implementation, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems.
- Drive Strategic Migration: Build intelligent agents and workflows to analyze and port business logic, data, and configurations to new platforms.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and ensure new solutions meet operational goals.
- Ensure Code Quality: Maintain high standards for performance, security, and reliability-even when leveraging AI for development.
Tech & Skills Required
- 5+ years of backend-focused software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript for full-stack development.
- Experience with Kubernetes, OCI, and AWS.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on with generative AI and LLMs for coding, automation, and analysis.
- Experience building automation agents or intelligent systems.
- Strong architectural skills and user-centric design thinking.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools like Devin, Replit, Cursor, Zapier.
- Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
