Based in Zurich, this is a key opportunity to lead high-impact Salesforce initiatives-specifically across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud-in a global, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from initiation through to delivery and post-go-live support.

  • Salesforce Delivery: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially CPQ solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

  • Planning & Execution: Define project scope, create detailed project plans, manage risks, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

  • CPQ Enablement: Support scoping, configuration, and process alignment for Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) as part of the commercial operations stream.

  • Quote-to-Cash Process Management: Coordinate CPQ-related requirements, approvals, and testing cycles to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and testers to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Agile Delivery: Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Reporting: Provide clear and timely updates to senior leadership on status, issues, and milestones.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce Project Management: 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, ideally in enterprise or financial services environments.

  • Sales & Service Cloud: Proven track record of delivering solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • German & English Fluency: Strong communication skills in both languages are essential.

  • Client-Facing Experience: Ability to manage business expectations and facilitate smooth collaboration across departments.

  • Project Methodology: Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • Documentation & Governance: Comfortable with reporting, documentation, and ensuring compliance within regulated industries.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations or upgrades

  • Ability to manage Quote-to-Cash process streams, including pricing logic and approval workflows

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist)

  • Background in financial services or regulated industries
