We are working in close partnership with a leading investment bank based in Ireland to support a strategic Salesforce implementation project. Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their transformation programme, focusing on enhancing client engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through Salesforce solutions.
This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced, regulated environment, ideal for professionals who thrive in stakeholder-heavy, enterprise-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CRM and associated workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across front-office, middle-office, and compliance teams.
- Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to change management and training initiatives to support user adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst within financial services, ideally investment banking.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of compliance and data governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
