Glocomms is partnering with a global tech and media organization to search for a Cyber Analyst, Emergency Operations and Data Protection. The position involves coordinating across departments to investigate issues, contain risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage incidents involving sensitive data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Communicate technical details in a clear, non-technical way.
- Support crisis response when incidents escalate.
- Maintain documentation and track incident resolution progress.
- Provide updates and recommendations to leadership during critical events.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, emergency response, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in incident response or crisis management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in emergency planning or program development.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Background in fast-paced or tech-driven environments
