Overview:

Position Summary:

The Manager, Information Technology will supervise the IT team, network operations, and core processing systems. This position assists the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in developing the IT team, identifying technology solutions, and executing initiatives aligned with executive management goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong leadership skills, and a desire for professional growth.


Essential Duties:

  • Develop and implement a growth plan for the IT team.
  • Manage team responsibilities, including daily tasks, role assignments, and project oversight.
  • Direct computer operations to ensure system efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory management for hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Create network troubleshooting strategies to minimize downtime and costs.
  • Manage IT operations, help desk, and supporting systems.
  • Ensure effective delivery of networks, application support, and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with information security to maintain network and infrastructure safety.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support technology needs.
  • Lead technology-related projects and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance services.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to executive leadership and board members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compliance & Professional Standards:

  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
  • Produce quality work within deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and interact professionally with employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Represent the organization positively in the community and commit to ongoing education in banking policies and technology.
  • Regular attendance and professional attire are required.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant certifications.
  • At least seven years of IT experience in a financial institution, including three years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in modern network and infrastructure solutions, Microsoft 365 (including Azure and Intune), business continuity and disaster recovery testing, asset management, audits, and policy development.

Preferred:

  • College degree.
  • Experience with JH Core Processing solutions.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of network operations and architecture.
  • Technical proficiency in managing technology programs.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for the financial industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
