Glocomms is partnering with a major global manufacturer to finds a Senior Manager who will play a key role in shaping digital products that power consumer planning, forecasting, and marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from affiliates across the US & Canada
- Analyze feedback and data to influence product enhancements
- Balance local demands with global product standards
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and support teams
- Drive incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and prevention strategies
- Manage roll-out activities for global products
- Conduct impact assessments, training, and testing
- Drive adoption within local key user communities
- Track and report product adoption, usage, and delivered value
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or MBA with tech specialization
- 7+ years in stakeholder management, project leadership, and business systems
- Strong expertise in data integration & tech-enabled process improvement
- 2+ years in A&P planning, Agile product environments, or FMCG/CPG industries
- Deep understanding of business processes & data flows
- Strong requirements gathering and evaluation
- Change management & user adoption leadership
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to challenge, prioritize, and translate business needs
