We're looking for a Tech Lead to guide our backend engineering team in scaling our platform and shaping the future of intelligent document processing.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of backend services that support high-throughput, low-latency document scanning and verification.
• Architect scalable microservices and APIs that integrate with machine learning and computer vision pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly solutions.
• Mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and ownership.
• Ensure backend systems meet enterprise-grade standards for performance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
• Deep experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and API design.
• Passion for building clean, scalable systems and mentoring engineering teams.
