Our client is a venture-backed AI startup building software that helps organizations automate complex, high-trust workflows in the audit space while maintaining accuracy, security, and reliability. Based in New York City, the company is scaling rapidly across engineering, AI, customer success, and go-to-market functions.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to build and own the recruiting function from the ground up. This person will lead sourcing, hiring operations, candidate experience, and recruiting strategy while partnering closely with leadership to scale the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions
  • Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage candidate pipelines, interview processes, and hiring metrics
  • Coordinate candidate communications and feedback loops
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans and talent strategy
  • Manage external recruiting partners
  • Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience hiring for startups or high-growth companies
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment

This role is onsite in NYC.
