What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the web experiences that power day‑to‑day care, from patient onboarding and longitudinal health tracking to provider‑side clinical workflows.
- Shape the frontend foundation for a data‑heavy healthcare product, building systems that stay fast, predictable, and resilient as complexity and scale increase.
- Work closely with product, design, and mobile teams to align UX decisions and establish shared patterns across web and native clients.
- Be accountable for frontend behavior in the real world-monitoring performance, handling releases, and proactively identifying issues before users feel them.
- Apply AI‑assisted development thoughtfully, both to accelerate engineering work and to introduce intelligent, workflow‑enhancing product features.
- Influence the broader engineering organization through technical leadership, system improvements, and consistent, high‑quality standards.
Who You Are
- You bring several years of experience building sophisticated frontend applications and have supported them through real production usage and edge cases.
- You have a strong command of React and modern web architecture, with an intuition for state, rendering, performance tradeoffs, and long‑term maintainability.
- You think in terms of product outcomes, not just implementation details, and can make sound design and UX decisions even with incomplete inputs.
- You've incorporated AI tools into your daily workflow in meaningful ways and remain disciplined about correctness, security, and ownership of results.
- You communicate clearly, collaborate easily across functions, and prefer environments where responsibility isn't narrowly scoped.
- You're energized by working side‑by‑side with teammates in the office each day; at higher levels, you've helped set direction and elevate those around you.
