We are looking for a Product Engineer to help define and build the product layer for an AI-driven platform operating in a highly technical, data-intensive domain. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong full stack engineering ability with product intuition and enjoys turning complex workflows into intuitive, high-quality software.
You will work across customer-facing applications, internal tooling, and data-heavy systems, partnering closely with researchers and domain experts to design experiences that make advanced technical outputs usable, interpretable, and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and data systems
- Develop and integrate agent-driven workflows that operate over large, complex datasets
- Design and implement interfaces for dense, technical data and model outputs
- Build internal tools that enable researchers and technical users to explore data, evaluate systems, and move faster
- Architect scalable full stack systems, including data access, APIs, authentication, deployment, and testing
- Own customer-facing workflows, including onboarding, configuration, and ongoing usage of the platform
- Collaborate directly with domain experts and users to understand workflows and translate them into product experiences
- Design product flows that make advanced system outputs interpretable, trustworthy, and actionable
- Contribute to design systems, interaction patterns, and overall product quality
- Drive product and technical direction through hands-on implementation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack or product-focused software engineer
- Strong proficiency across frontend and backend development, with a product-oriented mindset
- Experience building and shipping complex, data-intensive applications
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, usable interfaces
- Strong focus on product quality, visual design, and user experience
- Experience working closely with technical users or domain experts
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive projects from concept to execution
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to product development
- Comfort learning new domains and working across unfamiliar technical areas
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required
