Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end Oracle SCM solutions across modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead system configuration, integration, and testing efforts.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle SCM implementations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and support change management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle SCM applications, including hands-on implementation and architecture.
• Deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Proven experience in solution design, business process mapping, and system integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

• Oracle certifications in SCM modules.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
