Mid-level DevOps Engineer

I'm working with a fast-growing AI company that's transforming how enterprises handle identity and document intelligence through real-time, privacy-first computer vision and machine learning.

They're hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design and operation of secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud-native systems. It's a high-impact role with deep ownership over everything from Kubernetes orchestration to CI/CD automation and observability.

Why this is exciting:

• You'd own infrastructure across AWS (EKS, Aurora, Redshift, etc.) with a strong focus on cost optimization and performance
• Build and scale GitOps pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm
• Lead Kubernetes operations (CKA-level complexity) including service mesh, secrets, and auto-scaling
• Drive observability with tools like NewRelic, Fluentd, and Grafana
• Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers and product leaders in a high-velocity environment

What they're looking for:

✅ 5+ years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering (AWS-heavy)

✅ Strong Kubernetes and Linux systems experience

✅ CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm

✅ PostgreSQL, web infra (Nginx, HAProxy), and AWS IAM/security best practices

✅ Bonus: cost optimization, distributed systems troubleshooting

💰 150-170k base + discretionary bonus
