Location: Chicago, IL | Dallas, Tx - [This position is hybrid and candidates are NOT able to work fully remote]
Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 base salary
Work Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Glocomms is partnered with a leading financial services firm based in Chicago to build out the Security Services division. We're seeking a Manager of Identity & Access Management to lead a dynamic team responsible for the daily operations, support, and enhancement of our IAM ecosystem. This role blends hands-on technical engagement with people leadership, ensuring seamless access management while driving compliance and innovation.
You'll oversee a team of 3-5 IAM professionals, manage support workflows, and collaborate with engineering and audit teams to maintain and improve IAM tools and processes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of IAM analysts and engineers.
- Oversee daily support operations for IAM tools including SailPoint IIQ, Duo MFA, Entra ID/SSO, and ForgeRock.
- Manage sprint planning and backlog prioritization aligned with business goals.
- Support regulatory and audit activities including control testing, evidence gathering, and remediation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on IAM product enhancements and upgrades.
- Drive process improvements and ensure high-quality documentation and end-user support.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing IAM teams and operations.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, and Entra ID.
- Ability to produce clear documentation, job aids, and audit materials.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; OR
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of IAM experience; OR
- 5+ years of IAM experience with demonstrated expertise.
- Certifications like CISSP or ITIL are a plus but not required.
