Role Overview

Our client is hiring a Founding Partnerships Manager to build and scale their ecosystem of strategic partnerships. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where you'll work directly with leadership to drive go-to-market alliances and expand market reach.

You'll be responsible for developing relationships across cloud providers, AI platforms, systems integrators, and channel partners-ultimately generating pipeline and unlocking new revenue streams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys building from scratch, and wants significant ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships across cloud, AI, and enterprise ecosystems
  • Build and scale co-sell, referral, marketplace, and channel programs that drive qualified pipeline
  • Own partnerships end-to-end, including relationship management, joint planning, and commercial negotiations
  • Develop executive-level relationships with partners, customers, and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering on joint GTM initiatives
  • Support partner enablement, including on boarding, training, and co-marketing efforts
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements
  • Gather market insights and partner feedback to inform product and GTM strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or similar commercial roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working cross-functionally with GTM and/or technical teams
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation and business growth
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure ecosystems
  • Background managing enterprise partnerships or GTM alliances
  • Track record of building or scaling partnership programs (co-sell, channel, marketplace)
  • Experience working with cloud providers or AI ecosystem partners
  • Exposure to startup environments and high-growth scaling phases
  • Existing network within enterprise technology or CX ecosystems
