Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Cloud Security Manager to lead a talented team of architects and engineers. In this role, you will shape and implement cloud security strategies, ensuring robust security solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms, as well as extensive PaaS and SaaS environments. You will act as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving our digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and align cloud security strategies with business goals and compliance needs for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Serve as the go-to expert for cloud security, advising leadership on best practices.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of cloud security tools and services.
- Mentor and guide a team of cloud security professionals, fostering best practices in secure cloud design.
- Create and promote technical standards and guidelines for cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with cloud owners to understand and fulfill cloud vision and requirements.
- Work closely with various teams, including project teams, Cloud Center of Excellence, Software Engineering, DevOps, and Compliance, to support strategic business programs.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and lead initiatives to enhance our cloud security portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in cloud security architectures and controls for Azure, AWS, and GCP, with experience in developing early-stage cloud security programs.
- In-depth knowledge of software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Solid foundation in network security, vulnerability management, IAM, and application security.
- Familiarity with ICS/SCADA/OT environments and relevant industry standards such as NIST, CIS benchmarks, CSA CCM, and NERC CIP.
