Senior Java Developer

You'll partner with product, architecture, and engineering leaders to deliver cloud-native applications that power exceptional customer experiences while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Build and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and modern distributed system architectures.
- Deliver software solutions that align with business objectives, product roadmaps, and architectural standards.
- Develop integrations and data flows across multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
- Contribute to front-end application development using modern frameworks to create intuitive, responsive user experiences.
- Ensure reliability, security, maintainability, and performance through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver new capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale software applications.
- Strong expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and microservices architectures.
- Experience building cloud-native applications in AWS or comparable cloud environments.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or similar technologies.
- Experience developing modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of secure software development practices, API security, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and unit/integration testing methodologies.
