VDI Endpoint Security Engineer

The organization is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to join their award-winning Data Security team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable endpoint solutions across a diverse and global infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and optimization of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms including Workspace ONE, Intune, and Apple Business Manager
- Administer and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments using VMware Horizon View, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, and Horizon TrueSSO
- Ensure endpoint compliance with internal and external security standards, applying security best practices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and IoT devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support VMware Cloud on AWS and core AWS services (EC2, VPC, ELB, RDS, IAM, Route 53)
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for end-user devices and virtual environments
- Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell and other scripting tools to streamline provisioning, configuration, and reporting
- Oversee inventory management, digital asset compliance, and capacity planning for endpoint infrastructure
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles to support self-service and internal enablement
- Engage with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and performance optimization
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in endpoint management, endpoint security, and VDI technologies
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, macOS, iOS, Android, and Android for Work
- Familiarity with SAN/NAS storage, networking concepts, and operating system internals
- Certifications such as VCP-DTM or VCAP-DTM are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to client interaction and support
