This Tech Lead position represents an opportunity to work closely with a CTO who has a particular focus towards innovation and realising their full potential.
This company has a particular focus both towards it's environmental impact and efficient performance. In this role you would have responsibility as the lead for their engineering funciton from both a strategic and operational point of view. This role combines responsibilities of managing stakeholder relationships and having an active technical oversight. With an innovative product that has already helped them make a name for themselves, it presents an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most innovative technology and at a growing company.
Your profile - What you bring with you:
- Completed studies in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years leadership experience, GreenTech experience preferred or a related industry.
- Expertise in leading teams to deliver complex solutions through an end to end process.
- Experience in budget and risk management, along with stakeholder relations.
- Experience in Hardware from industrial companies preferred.
- Experience with software is advantageous.
- Very good communication skills in English.
- Located in Southern Sweden.
- Interest in working with a company with a focus on innovation.
