What You'll Lead
- Develop and execute a multi‑cloud hybrid strategy across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem data centers.
- Build and maintain enterprise cloud governance frameworks including security, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Architect scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure with robust disaster recovery.
- Drive DevOps culture and implement CI/CD automation across the organization.
- Lead Infrastructure‑as‑Code adoption using Terraform, CloudFormation, and modern automation tooling.
- Oversee containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and cloud‑native technology adoption.
- Build and scale an internal developer platform that enables self‑service provisioning and boosts developer productivity.
- Continuously enhance developer experience with better tooling, documentation, and support.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Deep hands‑on experience with AWS and Azure; hybrid/on‑prem experience beneficial.
- Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, compliance, and multi‑cloud strategy.
- Proven track record of driving DevOps culture at scale.
- Expertise with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud‑native architectures.
- Ability to communicate and influence at the executive level.
- Cloud and DevOps certifications are a strong plus.
