Change Manager
Position Title: Change Manager
Location: Germany (Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Digital Transformation Program within our insurance organization. This role will be central in shaping how business teams adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working. You will work closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure smooth, sustainable change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the digital transformation roadmap.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.
- Design and maintain detailed change plans, including communication, training, and adoption activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across business, IT, and executive leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and readiness sessions to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on change implications and organizational readiness.
Communication & Training
- Partner with Communications and Learning teams to design and deliver clear, engaging communications.
- Define training needs, support training content development, and monitor learning completion and effectiveness.
- Translate technical concepts into simple, business-friendly messaging.
Implementation & Adoption Support
- Monitor user adoption, resistance areas, and operational risks.
- Support deployment activities-including pilots, go-lives, and post‑launch stabilization.
- Use data-driven insights to refine adoption activities and ensure sustainable behavior change.
Continuous Improvement
- Measure change effectiveness using KPIs, surveys, and readiness metrics.
- Report progress to program leadership and contribute to continuous improvement of change methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Experience supporting digital transformation, system implementation, or process redesign initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English (business fluent).
- Ability to work in complex, multinational environments.
Preferred
- Experience with core insurance systems (e.g., policy administration, claims, underwriting).
- Background in agile delivery or hybrid project methodologies.
- Prior work in large-scale transformation programs (multi‑year, multi‑market).
- Certification in Change Management (Prosci, APMG) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
