Principal / Senior ERP Consultant (m/w/d) Senior to Principal level | Germany | Manufacturing ERP
We are supporting a global cognitive ERP leader that is scaling its professional services team across the DACH region.
The focus is end to end ERP implementation for manufacturing, supply chain and distribution clients, working hands on with the customers who make, move and sell the things the world needs. You sit at the heart of delivery, turning complex manufacturing processes into working, high value ERP solutions.
This isn't a narrow, single track role. Whether you come in as a strong senior consultant or an experienced principal, there's room to shape your remit. You own delivery in your area, guide customers through their core processes, and have real influence on how projects run.
The business is several thought employees strong as a global player investing heavily in data, AI and next generation ERP, so you get enterprise scale behind you and a genuine path to grow.
What you could be working on
- Leading and delivering ERP implementations across core modules, on time and on budget
- Running customer core team training and guiding client stakeholders through their processes
- Coaching and mentoring fellow consultants, lifting the standard of delivery across the team (more relevant the closer you sit to principal level)
- Working across cross functional teams and supporting project managers on direction, timelines and estimating
- Building deep knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain and accounting workflows
Who we're looking for
The client is open to a range of profiles, from senior through to principal:
- Experience: you have implemented ERP in a manufacturing, supply chain or distribution setting. You do not need to be a a specific ERP expert. Strong experience with any ERP or MES (SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS and similar) is very welcome
- Way of working: customer centric, self starting and comfortable working independently, with solid project and stakeholder skills
- Communication: confident leading core team training and virtual presentations, strong written and verbal skills
Consulting or in house ERP backgrounds both work, and industry breadth across verticals is a plus rather than a must.

Location
Germany based, hybrid, with travel to customer sites as projects require. Permanent contract.
