Senior Systems Analyst, Oracle
Glocomms is partnering with a reputable technology company that is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance supply chain technology platforms. This role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve processes across manufacturing, distribution, repair operations, and order management functions. The position focuses on delivering scalable solutions within an Oracle ERP environment and supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from supply chain stakeholders, including manufacturing, distribution, and repair operations.
- Design, configure, and implement enhancements within Oracle ERP and Order Management platforms.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for new system capabilities and process improvements.
- Support integration, automation, and reporting initiatives across supply chain systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while serving as a key ERP subject matter expert.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP environments.
- Strong experience with Oracle Order Management modules.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and ERP configuration.
- Experience working with supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with integrations, MES platforms, middleware solutions, and modern cloud technologies is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Oracle Cloud transformation or migration projects.
- Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Supply chain operations, manufacturing systems, or distribution center processes.
