Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Financial Services Cloud

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our client's dynamic team in London. This role is focused on delivering robust, scalable solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support digital transformation across financial services operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain integrations using MuleSoft and other APIs to connect Salesforce with internal and third-party systems.
  • Customize and configure Financial Services Cloud features to meet client-specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including code documentation, test class coverage, and secure development.
  • Manage release cycles, deployments, and version control using CI/CD tools.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Salesforce applications.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce FSC, offering guidance and innovation to improve platform usage.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years focused on Financial Services Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accredited Professional, or Integration Architecture Designer are highly desirable.
