Our client is a SaaS-enabled prescription adjudication services company serving the U.S.-based pharmaceutical industry. They exclusively partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers to advance the economic and operational efficiency of pharma-sponsored copay programs and related patient services. Through their patented PBA technology, they enable hassle-free Rx claims experiences and provide intelligent tools that allow prescribers, patients, and dispensing pharmacies to access manufacturer-sponsored patient services effortlessly.


The Opportunity

Our client is hiring their first Sales Development Representative to help shape the outbound sales function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with real traction and a fully-formed technical team while playing a foundational role in their go-to-market strategy.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective pharmaceutical clients through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Learn and articulate our client's value proposition to generate interest and build trust with prospects

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role-ideally in healthcare, pharma, or enterprise SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and convey value
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and iterate on outreach processes
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
