This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to lead the architecture and development of complex systems spanning hardware, firmware, software, wireless connectivity, and cloud technologies.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of complex system architectures for connected products and cloud-enabled platforms.
- Solve challenging technical problems and drive innovative solutions from concept through deployment.
- Collaborate across systems, electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, and product engineering teams.
- Define system requirements, evaluate performance, and improve reliability and scalability.
- Support modeling, simulation, signal processing, and data analysis initiatives.
- Perform failure mode analysis and develop mitigation strategies to improve product performance and user experience.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in Systems Engineering within complex product development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Bluetooth, NFC, or other wireless communication technologies.
- Experience with modeling and simulation tools, ideally MATLAB.
- Background in areas such as signal processing, mathematical modeling, optical sensing, instrumentation, physics, or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence product architecture decisions.
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
