Role Overview:
As a Principal Solution Consultant, you will lead post-sales engagements with strategic enterprise clients, driving customer success, retention, and innovation. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of the platform through technical guidance, solution optimization, and strategic partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own post-sales relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and consultative support on topics including machine learning, data science, APIs, and relational databases.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and innovation, aligning platform capabilities with evolving client goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in fraud risk, analytics, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in professional services, solution consulting, or sales engineering within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong technical fluency in ML/DS concepts, APIs, and RDBMS.
  • Background in fraud risk, analytics, or regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for driving measurable impact and working at the forefront of identity and risk innovation.
