Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Solution Consulting to lead a high-performing team across presales and strategic customer success. This role is critical in shaping the customer experience for key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term value, retention, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a team of solution consultants and technical experts across presales and post-sales engagements.
- Drive strategic customer success initiatives, ensuring high retention and satisfaction across enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored, innovative solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate fraud risk, compliance, and digital identity challenges.
- Champion the use of machine learning, data science, and API-driven architectures in client solutions.
- Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and team capabilities to support business growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven leadership experience in professional services, solution consulting, or sales engineering within a SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- Strong technical fluency in areas such as machine learning, data science, APIs, and relational databases (RDBMS).
- Background in fraud risk, analytics, regulatory compliance, or identity verification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
