We're partnering with an early-stage, venture-backed technology startup that is looking to hire its first dedicated marketing hire. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help build a company from the ground up.
In this role, you'll work directly with the founders to shape how the company is positioned in the market and how it acquires and engages customers. You'll have ownership across a broad range of growth initiatives, helping establish the company's voice, tell compelling customer stories, launch new products and features, and create awareness among target audiences. Rather than inheriting an existing playbook, you'll be responsible for building one.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in growth, marketing, content, community, or go-to-market roles within startups or high-growth technology companies
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling abilities
- A combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- The ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Experience building processes, programs, or functions from scratch
