Enterprise Data Architect, Palantir
Glocomms is partnering with a reputable and growing medical equipment manufacture in the search for an Enterprise Data Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of a shared Palantir Foundry and AIP platform supporting multiple teams and business initiatives. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on scalable architecture, enterprise integrations, platform security, governance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance enterprise-scale Palantir Foundry and AIP platform capabilities.
- Establish architecture standards for data pipelines, ontology design, APIs, and integrations.
- Build reusable platform components, templates, and development patterns.
- Integrate Palantir with cloud platforms, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
- Define and maintain security, access controls, governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Develop CI/CD, testing, deployment, and release management standards.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive platform performance improvements.
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, data governance, and architecture teams to align platform solutions with business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Palantir Ontology, data pipelines, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Advanced Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with CI/CD, platform governance, security, observability, and production support.
- Experience integrating technologies such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, databases, APIs, and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams.
Preferred Experience
- Palantir AIP.
- Apollo, Platform SDK, Ontology SDK, or related Palantir tooling.
- Building reusable enterprise data products and platform services.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing.
