Position Summary

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with prospective clients in the Oil & Gas sector, understanding their operational challenges and demonstrating how our client's solutions can deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry (SaaS or technology sales preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
