About the Opportunity

We are seeking an ERP Applications Developer / Manufacturing Systems Analyst to support and enhance our manufacturing business systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands manufacturing operations and enjoys working at the intersection of ERP systems, software development, databases, and business process improvement.

You will partner closely with manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, finance, and operations teams to maintain and improve critical ERP functionality, develop custom solutions, build integrations, and support business users across the organization.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring both ERP/MRP knowledge and software development experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and enhance ERP/MRP applications used throughout the business
  • Develop custom ERP functionality, automations, and integrations
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
  • Design and implement solutions using C#, .NET, VB.NET, and VBA
  • Work directly with manufacturing, production, inventory, purchasing, and finance teams to understand business requirements
  • Troubleshoot application, database, and ERP system issues
  • Support data imports, exports, workflows, and system integrations
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, enhancements, and system improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with an ERP or MRP system
  • Strong SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience
  • Experience with C#, .NET, VB.NET, or VBA
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience troubleshooting applications and databases
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Location Requirement

This position is based onsite in Hauppauge, NY. Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance of Long Island and be comfortable working onsite as part of a collaborative team environment.
